Cant Find Any Singles How To Run The Game

As I mentioned former I can't find ans Singles. The utmost girls are walking with their mates, others are underway with their organization in groups. But I don't find any Singles. So how to approach girls if they are only AS groups underway? Must I stop groups and run the FTC past with an opinion opener or kiss opener?

Or do I search in the faulty area? All of what I am describing did I find in the shopping center/mall.
